Actually the ball has very little damaging imoact, and promotes a whole host of beneficial attributes, not the least of which is balance. FJS once said that he studies gymnastics to enhance his body control, balance, flexibility, dynamic strength, etc which allows him to attack and defend from any angle. That injury he sustained before the Diaz fight that Diaz took advantage of was because of something else

u can tell why he got that injury from all that stuff he does i mean that thing with the ball he does must of put tonnes of strain on his ribs

  21. sfufij93 Says:

    whats that song

  22. DethStryque Says:

Frank had a serious rib injury well before he fought Diaz and he entered the ring with the injury.Diaz hit FJS dead on the injury. That was the end of it. Idk anyone who’d agree to fight a skilled guy like Diaz with any serious injury like what FJS had.But with that being said,I completely agree with the grace and lack of excuses in FJS’ remarks after he lost to Diaz.”No two ways about it,Nick just kicked my ***.” Real man…real MARTIAL ARTIST…talk.Respect to Diaz and FJS.

Lot’s of simulated training. Good thing Frank has the strength and experience to pull these movements off, when competing.
