If not how many calories should I take in daily ( my diet is balanced so no worries I just need to know calorie intake )? Would Bodybuilding easily tire someone if they ran? Getting bigger I dont mean ahahahahnold big just hmm Vin diesel. If everything is no should I first cut down kill off all my remaining fat and then bulk? Tips and help plz nd thnx
