whats the best fitness regime for a beginner to start in mma?

    MMA is pretty intense action. I would first start by doing high cardio such as running 3 times a weeek for at least half an hour. running will get you losing weight fast.

    as for diet, DONT STARVE! if you starve, your gonna melt muscle away, and you will be even more overweight, and not lose ANY fat.

    just eat portions, and try to eat more vegetables. this will aid in weight loss as well.

    once you’ve lost pounds to be around the weight you want to fight at, start lifting weights with your exercise. also join a gym of whatever style fighting you want to do. good luck

    If you want to become an mma fighter then you have to motivate yourself day in and day out.Combine proper diet and exercise plan with discipline.You must do cardiovascular exercises and muscle building workouts.I refer you to visit ,you will surely get motivated and will also get most effective ways of exercising , best of luck
