What is a good MMA workout to help build up strength?

I just started MMA training like a month ago, it has been going extremely well so far. The only thing I would really like to improve is my strength. Can anyone suggest a good weight-room workout that would also help with fighting, preferably something in the 20-30 minute range??? Thanks!
I’m 6′ 2″ and am currently fighting at 205 lbs

    Okay IM a start by saying IM not an expert in MMA,
    but i am A weight room all American

    IM 6′2 Fight at 170, 18 yo and i can bench press 265, squat 300, deads 365,

    Unfortunately I don’t know myself, as I only watch MMA. You may wanna try searching up MMA Strenght workouts, or maybe search up some MMA fighters do it.
